You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not interfere with its operation, misuse its content, attempt unauthorised access or use it for fraudulent activity.

Products and presentation

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph each product accurately. Colour, scale and finish may vary slightly across screens, and natural pearls and stones may differ from one piece to another.

Product availability, specifications and packaging may change. Any material change affecting an accepted order will be communicated to you.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and other applicable costs are shown before an order is confirmed.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order becomes binding only when VANËMES issues an order confirmation or otherwise confirms acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where stock, pricing, payment, fraud prevention or delivery information cannot be verified; any payment already collected will be refunded.

Payment and delivery

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment services may be provided by independent payment processors under their own terms and privacy practices.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address supplied, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Returns

Eligible returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The VANËMES name, branding, product imagery, text, graphics and site design are owned by or licensed to VANËMES. They may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without written permission.

Liability and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VANËMES is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts unless applicable law provides another forum.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when your order is accepted will apply to that order.
